Pat Tyson, Lyttsonville Civic Association President, longtime Lyttonsville resident, and Talbot Avenue Bridge Committee member testifies in front of the Montgomery County (Maryland) Planning Board in support of the design of the future Lyttonsville Neighborhood Park, which includes a Bridge Memorial made from the steel girders of the historic Talbot Avenue Bridge.
